This blouse is 1930s lace perfection. I love the wonderful details like puff sleeves, the tiny breast pocket, and the deco buttons. This would be the perfect top to throw on with a pair of levi’s, or dress up with a pencil skirt. Similarly you can put a cami underneath, or just wear it over your favorite bra.
