Due to the nature of consignment, Phenix Luxury Consignment + Vintage Collectibles is unable to take returns and all sales are final.  This policy is to protect our consignors and their merchandise and must be strictly adhered to, so please inspect all items before purchasing.  If you are purchasing online or placing a phone order please ask any questions and/or request additional photographs before purchasing to ensure you are satisfied with the item and its condition.  Should you have any issues with your purchase from Phenix, please let us know and we will of course do whatever we can to send you away smiling!
