I was not able to find any info on the “Lady Edso” label, but from the cut and construction of this slip or nightgown, I believe this baby to be 1930s all the way. (Maybe early 1940s! Hedging my bets!) This full length beauty has a bias cut skirt, ruffled bust detail, and the BEST low “V” back. In soft powder pink rayon, the hand and drape of this garment is just gorgeous. You could wear this as the ultimate glamorous lounge piece, or as a delicate slip dress. It would also be smashing in photos for a boudoir shoot or a bridal “getting ready” look.
