This 1980s Nipon Boutique crepe dress features a beautiful nouveau tulip print and fabulous details. This crepe dress has a beautifully pleated bust and ties on the side for cinching the waist. There is also a great ruffle at the hem and full elbow length sleeves. Just a great dress all the way around.
