This is a rare and beautiful example from the 1930s. The creamy rayon has beautiful drape and an ingrained gingham pattern. The collar and hem are accented by vibrant red piping and there are delicate pleating details on the sleeves. I imagine this dress out for tea with white crochet gloves and a red hat, or strolling through the park with a matching 30s parasol. In both cases, I think red lipstick is a must. 💋
