This cotton voile 1930s dress is so dreamy. This was most likely home made, but features some gorgeous design elements like the capelet style sleeves and the sheer cutouts. This dress probably had a slip underneath as the fabric is a bit sheer and the wrap style neckline low. You can wear it in your own way, perhaps modernizing it by just wearing some high waisted black undies and leaving the neckline plunging.
